a) The purpose of data processingThe personal data you provide us with is stored and processed only in so far as necessary to fill the advertised position in our Group.
b) Collection and processing of your personal dataOnce you have entered and sent us your data, those data are transferred through an encrypted connection directly to a server operated by our external service provider. All of the data are encrypted by means of the SSL protocol.
During the selection process, your application information is first examined by a personnel manager and, if the qualifications fit, is referred to the appropriate departmental manager in the company advertising the position. Access to your personal data is restricted to those persons who are necessary for the proper conduct of the selection process for the advertised position. Your application information is disclosed within the Group only with your express consent.
We use a specialised software provider for the application process. This entity works for us as a service provider and may see your personal data during care and maintenance of our IT systems.
